2. Services Description

SevenTicks provides the following services:

• Algorithmic trading system development
• Custom MT4/MT5 indicators and Expert Advisors
• TradingView Pine Script development
• Web application development for trading
• Technical consulting and support

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless specified otherwise
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and materials provided remain the property of SevenTicks unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Testing all delivered solutions thoroughly
• Complying with applicable trading regulations
• Maintaining backup copies of important data

6. Limitation of Liability

SevenTicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
